Wedding pressure gets to Katie Holmes

New mum Katie Holmes has had a break down as life with Tom Cruise spins out of control, according to reports in the U.S.
Friends claim that the 27-year-old actress was thrown over the edge as she was due to plan her wedding to the superstar actor, according to The National Enquirer.
The magazine also claims she is devastated at the controversy over her baby, Suri — who has still not been seen publicly — as well as the switch from being Catholic to a believer in Cruise's religion, Scientology.
The Enquirer claims Katie had a breakdown and took herself to Tom's ranch in Telluride, Colorado, to effectively hide from the world.
The insider claims that Katie finds it hard to handle switching from her carefree life to "living Tom's CIA-like existence".
But the Enquirer claims the biggest blow to her has been loss of contact with her family, made worse by her newfound devotion to Scientology.
The friends say they are terrified she cannot cope with her new lifestyle with arguably the world's most famous actor.
"Right now it looks as if Katie's barely managing to hang on," the friend said.
