Katie Holmes is said to be rigorously training and dieting to regain her figure in time for her wedding to actor Tom Cruise. She has reportedly lost two dress sizes in less than two months training with Sue Fleming, the owner of Buff Brides, which specializes in turning unfit pregnant mommies into buff socialites in a matter of weeks.

Katie Holmes' strict diet and exercise regime has been slammed by health experts who insist she should be losing weight more naturally.
However, friends believe Katie Holmes is pushing herself too hard, a source told the Daily Star (UK): "Katie has embarked on a hardcore fitness regime and does 200 sit-ups a day, combined with two hours of cardio work before pilates.”

And Tom is reportedly overseeing his fiancée’s fitness regime.

"Her weight is just rapidly falling off. It can't be good and has got to be very stressful," Contactmusic.com (UK) quoted the friend as saying.

It was earlier reported that Katie Holmes' plans to shed her post-pregnancy weight in preparation for her marriage to Tom Cruise have been met with opposition from her father.

"My daughter needs rest, relaxation and recuperation. Katie is already doing exercises to build up her back and shoulders and I simply can't go along with what is happening," Martin Holmes told British magazine Reveal, as quoted by Hollywood.com
